この夏は久しぶりに恩師K先生と一緒に古巣NISTに実験に行きました。実験自体はあまりうまくいかなかったんだけど、K先生、そしてNISTのJWL先生の純粋な情熱にあてられました。四半世紀前大学院に入った頃、そして、15年前NISTに武者修行に出た頃を思い出しました。物理学のその先になにがあるのか、気になるから見にいかないと。（とりあえずは、射線表現マスターだ！）
This summer, running backscattering at NIST with Profs. K and JWL. Experiment itself does not go perfect, but the zest of them… recalling days when I went into grad school and/or when I adventured in US. Remember, the thing we get to do is to understand the language of the nature, nothing else (talking to myself.)
